The Ombud had been invited by Conflict Dynamics – an organization committed to developing and enhancing the conflict management and dispute resolution know-how of people in South Africa and more widely – to present on “Mediation and Ombudsing: Complimentary Processes” towards the Mediator Development Meeting hosted live in Johannesburg but attended in various national centres on the 18th September 2014.
